Brooke Day is a multidisciplinary artist using various materials and modalities to create enchanted-replication installations and experimental sculptures. Day's work spans from investigating identity to toxic social norms to the human experience. Day seeks to shed light on alternative perspectives and advocate for personal autonomy and social evolution.
Originally from Tennessee, Day earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from East Tennessee State University in 2017 and completed a Master of Fine Arts at Clemson University in 2021. Day has displayed work at galleries such as the Reece Museum, Lee Gallery, and Slocumb Galleries. Day is the two-time recipient of "Honorable Mention" in the 2021 and 2017 International Sculpture Center's Outstanding Student Achievement Award in Contemporary Sculpture. Day recently curated the exhibition, "America Unraveling," at the Tipton Gallery, and is currently working as Adjunct Faculty at East Tennessee State University's Department of Art and Design.
